Facade - Splined wooden finishing boards 21mm x 120mm, painted twice with TEKNOS (quality 7 years)
Electricity - internal EL distribution, Schneider electric sockets, switches, safety machines.
Communications - Water supply and sewage outlets according to the project, built into floor and wall structures.
Windows - three-strip package U value - 0.87. (Frame color - graphite on the outside/white on the inside). Modular exterior door with double glazing or solid type. Additionally, it is possible to order sliding window showcases.
LED facade lighting, decorative lights.
Ventilation - air supply to rooms with built-in smart recuperator.
Heating according to customer wishes - underfloor heating, heat pumps, air conditioners, fireplace stoves, convection radiators, etc.
Roof - Single-pitched or double-pitched roof made of metal click rolled profile. (25-year warranty)
Payment terms:
1. 50% prepayment is required upon signing the contract.
2. 40% of the total amount will be due before the modules leave the factory.
3. The remaining 10% after the installation of our modular home.
Foundament:
Most often, our customers use screw pile foundations.
Their prices are about 100 Euro per support point. On average, 20 pieces (1.75m long) screw piles are used for one module. Assembly time is only one day! (Foundation costs for one module -2000 Euro, warranty 15 years)
